Bulletin for February 6, 2011

In honor of Louellyn Rodeheaver’s 90th Birthday there will be an Open House held today here at the church from 2-4pm.

Please keep the Harold Swauger family in prayer as they are going through this difficult time.  Funeral arrangements for Harold are:  tonight from 7-9pm; Monday from 2-4 and 7-9; funeral on Tuesday at 11am at the Cherry Glade Mennonite Church (with viewing one hour before the service).

Bible Study this week is “The Spirit of Wisdom” with the scripture verse I Corinthians 1:17-2:5.  Bible Study is held Wednesday at 7pm and all are invited to attend.
Football
CrossEveryone will be glued to the TV this evening, but let’s remember: people buy a ticket or watch on TV to see what difference the huddle makes.  What they want to know is, having called the play in secret, does it work in public? The challenge of the church is not what we do when we call our "Sunday morning" huddle, but what we do when we break our huddle and head to our Monday morning assignment.
