Countdown to Shoebox Collection: Shoebox Dedicaton will be next Sunday. There will be a “Packing Party” next Sunday at 3:30 for anyone who would like to help Dottie and Fayann get the boxes ready to go on to next destination. Samaritan’s Purse statistic: Since 1998, over 97,000 children living on Native American reservations in the United States have been blessed by your shoe box gifts! Thank you for your support of this ministry.
There is an Open House celebrating Pastor Don Matthews’ ministry today from 2-5 at the Oakland Fire Department.
Bible Study will be Thursday evening at 7pm. This week’s topic: “The role of faith in prayer”. Research and bring your scriptures and thoughts.
There will be a Youth Meeting on Nov. 20th at 7pm here at the church.
Fruit Sunday is November 20th. Be faithful in bringing your fruit to fill the altar to overflowing.
There will be a Thanksgiving Service on Wednesday evening, November 23rd, at 7pm. You won’t want to miss Pastor Phil’s special treat. Refreshments will follow the service (please bring cookies, snacks, etc).
The Christmas Laity Program has been set for December 18th during church service.
