The Shiloh Church of the Brethren, which was built in 1845 near Kasson, WV, burned down. Sunday School was finished and the members were preparing for the worship service. They lost everything, but Praise God no one was hurt! Please keep the pastor and congregation in prayer as they search for a place until they can rebuild. Also remember Pastor Clem and the members who had to watch their church burn. Cards can be sent to the church in care of Garry Clem, Rt 5, Box 265, Keyser, WV 26726.
Forty six Rotary request tags were placed on the Christmas tree in the church vestibule. I am pleased to state that all requests were filled, thanks to the generosity of Oak Grove COB members. Thank you to: Walt Livengood, Mack Rush, Austin Browning, Kelsey Perando, Stephine Bryner and Jeffery Rush, who helped in the delivery process. It was a blessing to have Scott Savage home for the holidays. As he has returned to his military duty, please keep Scott and his family in prayer. Remember all of our service personnel as they continue to protect our freedom to be here today!
