News from West Marva about Shiloh Church:
“A number of people from various churches of the West Marva District have inquired about what help they can give as we begin our rebuild at Shiloh. We are in need of SKILLED labor in a number of areas. We are looking for volunteers to commit one week to help us in these areas. The week will be sometime in June. At this time we are not firm on the date. The areas we are seeking help are skilled electricians, skilled plumbers, skilled carpenters and skilled dry wall hangers. Interested persons can contact me by phone or e-mail at 304-788-0013 or glclem@comcast.net.”

The next day the huge crowd that had arrived for the Feast heard that Jesus was entering Jerusalem. They broke off palm branches and went out to meet him. And they cheered: “Hosanna!”
“Blessed is he who comes in God's name!” “Yes! The King of Israel!” John 12:12-16
Palm Sunday is such a day of mixed feelings. Isn’t it just a little chilling seeing Jesus’ triumphant entry when you know what’s coming only a few days later? There may be some debate over how many of the same people were praising Him and then demanding His death. But it does seem like public opinion changed. No doubt Jesus had the same mixed feelings when he heard the crowds cheering.
