There will be a Baptismal service next Sunday, August 23rd, at 1:30 at Deep Creek Baptist Church.
Bible Study will be held Wednesday at 7pm. The study is on Philippians.
The Jr. Youth will be collecting school supplies during August and September for the Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. They will be going to the Corn Maze on Wednesday the 19th at 6:30 for a hayride, corn maze and campfire. For more information see Missi Bryner or Nicole Fike.
Springs Mennonite Church is sponsoring “An Evening with Don Piper”; author of 90 Minutes in Heaven. This will be held August 16, 17 & 18 at Frostburg State University Lane Center at 7:30pm. Doors open at 6:30 with limited seating and is on a first come basis.
We have been blessed with the donation of the 100 shoes boxes for Operation Christmas Child. Just a reminder to take as many as you are able to fill for Operation Christmas Child. It’s never too soon to start a blessing for a child!
A charter bus will travel to the Charlotte, North Carolina processing center for OCC. The group will be going for the week of November 29th – December 4th. Seats are available with a nonrefundable deposit of $10.00.
Thank you to all who put together the Fair Booth and to those who worked in the booth. It is always a blessing.
